  • Signature Health

    • They provide telemedicine services for behavioral and mental health patients on Medicare, Medicaid, or without insurance.

    • Qualifying patients may be able to receive free medication thanks to a CVS grant.

  • CVS Pharmacy:

    • Free Delivery of prescriptions and everyday essentials.

    • CVS is currently administering tests for COVID-19 (see below).​

  • MetroHealth Pharmacy:

    • Complimentary delivery for prescriptions.

MENTAL HEALTHCARE

  • Cuyahoga County Warmline: (440)-886-5950

    • Operating hours are 9 AM-1 AM.

    • Anyone person who is experiencing stress or anxiety can call to talk with a peer.

  • Frontline Service, 24/7 Crisis Hotline: (216)-623-6888.

    • Provides resources for ending homelessness, preventing suicide, resolving behavioral health problems, and overcoming trauma.

  • Cleveland Meditation Center: (216)-621-1919

    • Their goal is to prevent evictions, increase school attendance, and to train those interested in meditation.

    • They are offering meditation services through Zoom.

    • There is no fee for community mediations, such as landlords and tenants or neighbors

  • American Foundation for Suicide Prevention 

    • The Crisis Test Line: Text TALK to 741741. Free crisis counseling is available 24/7.

    • National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-TALK

    • Their website contains helpful tips on self-care during these difficult times.​

  • Ohio Department of Health COVID-19 Call Center: 833-427-5634

    • A call center to answer questions regarding COVID-19. The call center will be open 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

    • Call center staff includes licensed nurses and infectious disease experts, available to answer questions and provide accurate information about COVID-19, the risk to the public, and the state’s response.

  • MetroHealth COVID-19 hotline: 440-592-6843

    • People can call and ask any questions they have and describe any symptoms they may be having. This hotline can also help connect people with a doctor through telemedicine services to assess whether further care is necessary.

  • See if you’re eligible for Medicaid for free therapy: 1-800-686-1516

    • If you don’t have insurance coverage, check to see if you qualify for Medicaid (your income is the determining factor).

COVID-19 TESTING

  • University Hospitals

    • Need a UH Physician’s order for a test. This is obtained by calling your physician’s office, or by setting up a virtual visit using the link here.

    • Once you have the physician’s order, you will be assigned a 30 minute time slot to arrive at the following location: 

      • UH Landerbrook Health Center: 5850 Landerbrook Dr, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124

    • Other testing locations in the surrounding Cleveland area: Lutheran Hospital, Metro Health Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic, Marymount Hospital, South Pointe Hospital, and Southwest General Health Center.

  • CVS Self-swab test

    • Must meet the following criteria: 

      • Be over the age of 18

      • Be in a car (no walk-up patients)

      • Must have social security number, state ID, or drivers license. 

    • Does not require a referral

    • Must register in advance at cvs.com. You will be asked a series of questions, in order to determine if you are eligible for testing.
